The School of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). In 2002, the school received a ten year accreditation from CCNE with no recommendations for improvement.
The Public Health Program is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) and is an Institutional Member of the Association for Prevention Teaching and Research (APTR). In 1997, the M.P.H. program was accredited for the first time. It was reaccredited in 2002 and in 2007.
The Health Education Program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) through the American Association for Health Education (AAHE).
